Calligraphy

文字是從語言發展出來的符號，紀錄著人們唇齒中傳承著的信息內容，卻也同時隨歷史和地區而發生點滴的差異變化。文字從來不只是單純地在圖紙上為人所閱讀，其能夠活躍在各種媒介上為人所看見，甚至所觸碰。這樣文字攜帶的信息就不侷限從口頭交流而被獲得，這種五感的轉變和信息的獲得產生的連結，便是該項目嘗試討論的。從觸感出發在材料中探索，尋找書法文字的全新載體。基於書法的美感和材料的特質，獲取一種全新的閱讀體驗。

Character is the symbol developed from our language, which records the information passed down from people's lips and teeth. At the same time, there are slight differences and changes in history and regions. Characters are never only read on paper; they can be seen or touched in various media. Thus, the information carried by the text is not limited to being obtained from oral communication. This project discusses the connection between the transformation of the senses and information acquisition. Inspired by 'touching', the project aims to explore the material, looking for a new carrier of calligraphy characters. Based on the techinique of calligraphy and the characteristics of materials, a new reading experience can be obtained.
